    Need to try your various recipes. Each sounds deeeleesh. The banana-coconut bread w/pepitas ….. yummm. Great w/a bit of peanut-butter for a healthy lunch.

    Wondering if your recipe-collection has a favorite zucchini bread that you might bake every-so-often? Can you share? Maybe with a bit of apple-sauce instead of too much oil.
